I swear, readers, I was not trying to find the weird stuff when I found this thing. I promise. What I was looking for, honestly, was a 1992-1998 Chevrolet Blazer or Tahoe that had two doors and three pedals. That’s it. I wasn’t even looking for BangShift material…I was just wondering if one of these mythical unicorns was on the auction block. I’m old-school in that I like my full-size SUVs to be two-door equipped, I like the “OBS” trucks or whatever the hell they’re called now, and having a 350 and a five-speed would be a cool setup. Then this beast appeared. 
Let’s go over the listed mods, shall we? Dana 60 front kingpin-style axle, Dana 70 HD rear axle. 4.11 gears. 5.3L backed by an NV4500 five-speed, run through an NP208 transfer case. Yes, it’s wearing dually fenders. Yes, it’s got four tires on the rear. Yes, it’s got problems…the important gauges don’t work at all for some reason, for starters. But those are repairable…and might have something to do with the LS swap. Really, though, this Tahoe just seems…right? I’m not sure how. Part of me wants to wish it away, the other part of me wants to hear heads explode as I row the gears. What are your thoughts?

I’m sorry but the duels ruin it for me but that’s just me but other than the duels I see potential bad ass 4×4 . I’ve got an 04 Tahoe Z71 and to my surprise it’s not bad off the road for a turd but haven’t grown the balls to play in the deep mud
