Mike Summers, a faithful BangShift.com reader and member of our forums, (mike343sharpstick) attended the running of the 2009 Kohler International Challenge at Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. This race is extremely cool as it features all sorts of vintage iron and actually includes a cruise where the race cars parade into town!

Mike documented lots of neat stuff in the pits and on the track and shared it with us. We glued together a gallery of the action and it’s sure to make the vintage Trans-Am and open wheeler fan drool. This totally seems like an event we need to put on our calender for 2010!
