I’m in Loveland Colorado this weekend to announce the autocross at the Goodguys Show. While I was here I figured I’d get some other cool stuff in, and last night we had an open house and barbecue at Pinkees Rod Shop that was awesome. I’ve got great photos for you to check out below, and tonight we’re going over to G&R where some serious Slot Car Drag Racing is going on. I’m told this is also the place if you want to see burnouts and debauchery on the streets out front. Yes please!
Saturday night we’ve got something special planned, so you’ll just have to stay tuned to see what goes down on our weekend of hot rod fun in Colorado!
Last nights barbecue at Pinkees was great. The shop was wide open for everyone to check out the cars, and there were literally hundreds and hundreds of cars in the lots, on the streets, and everywhere else they could park them. Oh and did I mention that the beer at Pinkees is always FREE? Yep. If you wanted barbecue, you paid a couple bucks. Beer?…FREE. We love Pinkees.
The other thing we like about going to a Pinkees Open House or Show is the fact that everything from street rods to street racers, pro street to pro touring, low riders, customs and more can be found here and everyone is having a great time. We like to see that.

We are also in Loveland for the GoodGuys event.
Look for the Maroon color Speed ’33 roadster from Wisconsin. We are also headed to the LA Fathers Day event in Pomona. ( Yes! We are driving it!)
