Our own Craig Fitzgerald can tell you everything you need to know about the normally high brow and snooty world of “Councours” car shows. Thankfully, the Huntington Beach Concours is more of an awesome car show with a fancy name than a wine and cheese gathering on the eighteenth green at some golf course that only the helicopter owning set can afford to get into. Nope, the Huntington Beach Councours has been going on for nearly 30 years right there in the city’s central park and this year was no different than all the rest. Beautiful weather, huge shade trees, and awesome cars of various shapes, sizes, makes and models filled the park and the people came out in droves.
It is rare for something to have a near 30 year tradition like this on public property these days because inevitably some “concerned citizen” gets in the soup and screws everything up but that has not been the case for this show and we hope it goes on for another hundred years. This is our first gallery from the gathering with more to come in the following days. The mechanical diversity here is spectacular and the quality of the cars and trucks is equally impressive. Which one is our favorite? We love ’em all!

Nice pics. There’s several nice cars that’s been ruined by having front tags hung on them though. There just ain’t ever been a good place to hang one of them.
