Halfass Kustoms 1935 Dodge Coupe Project: Making Doors Into Quarter Panels – Four Door To Coupe Conversion

Halfass Kustoms 1935 Dodge Coupe Project: Making Doors Into Quarter Panels – Four Door To Coupe Conversion

The original plan was to build a chopped 1935 Dodge 3 window coupe out of a sedan body that had been cut up. It was someone else’s abandoned project and boy did it look daunting, even for someone like Brent. So he decided that a new donor would be in order and that he needed to find something else he could make into his dream 3 window and in this episode of the build he is fully committed and making quarter panels out of the rear doors of the 4-door coupe that this thing started out as. You are going to want to check this out.

Brent from Halfass Kustoms is one of my favorite dudes on YouTube. He’s not fancy, he’s a bit brutish sometimes, but man he gets projects done in record time and is so inspiring to anyone who needs a push to get out on the shop and do some work. He works on his stuff multiple nights a week and so he really makes headway each and every week. I’ve been following his 1935 Dodge Coupe project for several weeks, and now it is time to share it with you. This one is a rough ride, and a roller coaster of emotions, but you are going to want to see this.

If this project doesn’t encourage you to go out and cut stuff up, then nothing will.

He’s starting with someone else’s abandoned 1935 Dodge Coupe project. But it wasn’t a coupe to start with. This was a car that someone cut up and made out of a 4 door car. And it’s rough. I mean rough rough rough. But Brent thinks he can save it.

Watch and let us know what you think of Halfass Kustoms’ newest project. We’ll have more coming soon.
