While it has always been easy to find performance suspension parts for your GM and Ford muscle cars and trucks, it has been much harder to find the same for their Chrysler, Plymouth, and Dodge counterparts. But Gerst Tubular Suspension has been one of those few companies supporting all those Mopars. Because QA1 has such respect for the parts coming out of Gerst, it was better to talk about bring Gerst into the fold rather than spending all that time developing parts as good. It doesn’t make much sense to spend all the R&D time if what you aim to build already exists. So they two are now one and you guys will get an even bigger and badder level of support and future development!

QA1 Announces New Expansion
Lakeville, MN [March 24, 2021] – QA1 is excited to announce the expansion of its classic Mopar suspension
line with the asset acquisition of Gerst Tubular Suspension, a manufacturer of coil-over systems for classic
Dodge, Plymouth, and Chrysler platforms.
Gerst has been producing high-end classic Mopar coil-over systems for nearly a decade. The company is
known for its innovative designs, top-notch quality, and exceptional customer service.
The acquisition pairs Gerst’s popular Mopar products with the manufacturing capability and distribution of
QA1, a leader in suspension solutions for American muscle cars. QA1’s state-of-the-art facility in Lakeville,
Minnesota, enables expanded and efficient manufacturing of these products while maintaining the high quality standards both companies are known for.

The Gerst products will complement QA1’s current suspension solutions, which are designed to work with
factory geometry and torsion bars. The coil-over systems from Gerst appeal to enthusiasts looking for
adjustable ride height, giving users the ability to dial in the perfect stance, ride quality, and performance.
With this addition, QA1 is able to quickly expand its line of full-vehicle suspension kits for Mopars, with new
part numbers being released in the coming months. These new products will be manufactured in Lakeville,fd
MN, alongside other QA1 products.

Carl’s experience with Mopars and knowledge of complete suspension solutions is a good match for QA1,
which releases multiple new products for various applications each year. Carl will join QA1 at shows and
events to continue promoting the virtues of the Gerst designs. Additionally, he will collaborate with the QA1
product development team on future designs.
Effective immediately, all Gerst customer service and manufacturing operations will be transferred to QA1.
