$3,500 Build: Can You Build A Chopped, Bagged, And Chassis Swapped 1954 Chevrolet For Just $3,500? Watch This!

When Casey said he was going to build an F100 Ford for $1,000 total, most folks thought he was crazy but he pulled it off. So after that project was done he wanted to get started on this 1954 Chevrolet fastback but wanted everyone to choose a budget that he had to stick to. Well there were hundreds and hundreds of comments when he asked, and the overwhelming response was somewhere in the $3,000-5,000 range. So he picked a number and here we are. This 1954 Chevrolet is being built for $3,500 and is including a very interesting chassis swap, air ride, interior, and more because while it will be a patina style build it is going to be cool as hell and something you could drive cross country with no issues. We dig these cars and this one is the perfect candidate for a chassis swap and rebuild. We approve.

In this video, the first in the series, you’ll see Casey talking about the 1954 Chevrolet AND the donor vehicle which requires a lot of cutting and hacking but should be really interesting. If you start watching this video and are confused by the donor vehicle, stick with it. When Casey shows his blue daily driver classic Chevy pickup you’ll be amazed because nobody would know that it too has been chassis swapped if you look at it from the outside. This thing is awesome.

Stay tuned, because Casey is serious about the budget and sells as much as he can off the donor or project vehicle so that he can really make things work. On the $1,000 build he even included a tools list and how much each of them cost. This guys is thorough.
