It’s pretty much a given: if you have one bone in your body that loves automotive action and you somehow find yourself in Australia, you need to find a burnout event and witness to one of the greater spectacles that the Land Down Under can provide you with. The day any of us fly down there, we will find one and film it one way or another! But since Brian and Chad are busy and I attract handsy TSA agents, the best “outsider looking in” view we’ve got comes from Kyle at 1320Video, who recently got to spend some time checking out the Aussie scene. He’s found brutally fast Skylines and the like, but this is a guy who made a name for himself by filming all sorts of automotive delinquency…did you think he was about to pass up the chance to get close to Sydney Dragway’s burnout pit? Hell no, and bless him for it! He even slaps a GoPro on some of the rides, so in addition to the instant clouds you see from the outside, you get an on-board view of the fog bank that these drivers are enduring!
