Iron Trap Garage Finds A 331 Caddy Engine That Is Ready To Run In The Sweet Heart Roadster.

The guys at Iron Trap sure seem to be having a lot of fun lately. With multiple projects going, lots of places to visit, and lots of great scores on cars and parts, it is kind of hard to not like what they are doing. In this latest video from the gang they are showing all kinds of fun and adventures as well as the new engine they scored for the Sweet Heart Roadster. I saw “new” but the truth is we’re talking about a 331 Caddy that is a score because it is together and ready to run! No rebuild or parts sourcing is needed. Check it out.

Video Description:

While away for Moultire Swap meet Steve was able to get a lot of work done around the shop. He mainly worked on the 1934 5 Window Coupe “Beautiful” badly damaged wiring. We initially thought only the front portion of the car needed to be re-wired but after looking closer the entire car needs to be rewired. Steve also took the Stromberg carburetor off and gave it a deep cleaning in our new Eastwood Sonic Cleaner. The carb looks like new, and “Beautiful” runs so much better. Matt also worked on the doors for the 1933 3 window, and gathered some parts for the 1932 Schroll Coupe. Mike is still going through the pallets of parts from the body shop adventure and is slowly identifying all the parts. Matt ends off the week buying a ready-to-run Cadillac 331 for the Sweet Heart Roadster. That’s a wrap on week full of work and errands, thanks for watching!!!
