There is no drama surrounding the show, and Newbern and Cotten are still a part of Mike’s life. They are all great friends and they have a great time together. But priorities had to change. I respect the gut for putting his family first. I feel like the MT channel has gone off the rails as far as my personal interests go. They are getting to be more Discovery/History Channel like all the time with fake drama shows and impossible build timing. Most result in some pretty sub-par builds. I am also seeing the woke agenda creeping in. I used to have about 5 or six favorite shows on there…one got cancelled, one got two new hosts that I can’t stand to listen to their “witty banter” and quit watching and some now have hosts with no chemistry whatsoever. I’ve migrated mostly over to YouTube now and will probably be saving my money.
