Ah, the Monza. Roadkill’s 1978 Chevrolet Monza is a bitchin’ little piece from the word go, before they stuffed a ton of leafblowers under the rear hatch and proved that the most redneck form of forced induction works. That was a few years ago, and the Monza has been MIA ever since, stuffed in a corner somewhere at Jeff Lutz’s place, which is kind of a sad fate for a car that impressed the guys when they bought it off of a used car lot. Well, it’s back, and it’s more mental than ever: meet the Boost Caboose. This unholy thing is a handmade trailer combined with an engine test stand, fitted with the engine that was supposed to be powering the U.S.S. Buick that the guys extricated from blackberry vines in Tennessee earlier this year. Since the 1955 Century’s body called it quits, the small-block Chevy that was built up for the project was raided for duty since the original planned engine, the big-block Chevy mill from the Bonneville Camaro that Freiburger nuked, was beyond hope. Things don’t start off well when the small-block in the Monza gets flooded out with fuel, but do things get better afterwards? Hit play below to find out!

I wish these guys would go back to what made the show great. It seem lately they have been trying to overdo everything

I haven’t seen this one yet but adding 800# trailer to get what amounts to very little boost is dare I say it, stupid.
