Well, at least these guys are wearing helmets. We were tipped off to this video by BangShift reader Phil Ledge who was compelled to share it with us. Basically, what you’re going to see below is a “stunt” being performed at a big get together at a mud bog or off road park. In the background there are lots of seriously huge trucks. Instead of a truck, the start of this show is a 1990s Cadillac sedan. The big front wheel drive monster barrels off of the end of a big dirt ramp looking like Even Knievel in the sky cycle at Snake River Canyon.

Like Knievel’s failed jump at Snake River Canyon, this one nearly kills the two dudes in the Caddy. The front wheel drive Caddy, with all of that weight on the front immediately begins to nose over in flight. The car lands on the nose and flops onto the roof. This probably would have killed the guys instantly on dry land, but since this was a mud bog pit/swamp, death is a little slower coming. The car sits there, partially submerged, the cabin full of water, and it takes a while for anyone to actually react. By the time the cavalry arrives, the driver is on the way out. The passenger has some strong lungs because he was under there for a while before finally coming topside.

Video proof that doing dumb stuff can kill you…or come damned close to killing you. These guys are lucky to be alive.
