Violence And Comfort: NASCAR Exhaust And Vintage Air For The Hoonigan Chevy C-10!

Violence and comfort in the same vehicle. Can it be done? Should it be done? Depends on your idea of a pure build, but we can’t argue against either. We like the idea of a screw everybody, raunchy and rude bucket of violence with a license plate, but at the same time it is pretty damn hard to argue with being able to crank the air conditioning on a hot day and letting dry, cooled air mitigate the swamp-ass that the outside air is guaranteeing to bring. Theoretically, you can have your cake and eat it too, so why wouldn’t you go all-in?

Hoonigan’s Zac has been building up this Chevrolet C-10 as his rolling cage. He’s a bike guy, so without question “loud pipes save lives” had to have been a part of the choice when he picked up a real-deal NASCAR side-exit exhaust setup to be the voice of the Texas Speed and Performance mill that’s in the engine bay. Loud? You’d better believe it. But then there’s Vintage Air, who actually sent some high-ranked people to assist in getting the square-body nice and chilly…because even though you’re seconds from permanent hearing loss, you’ll at least be at a nice, pleasant temperature!
