It was supposed to maybe drizzle on us on Saturday morning of the NHRA O’Reilly Auto Parts Winternationals in Pomona on Saturday. It did. It also drizzled on us some more in the afternoon. Then it rained after that. But not before getting dry and clear enough to get everyone in the lanes and ready to run. Mother nature is a bitch. And when we asked John Force if he could call her and tell her to stop the rain, he actually admitted for the first time ever…that there was something he couldn’t do and had no power over. We actually felt the earth stop spinning just for a second when he said it.<\/p>\n
But, the truth is a little rain didn’t slow us down from getting great behind the scenes action once again. Daphne was hitting the pits while the Pros were coming back for between round maintenance and once the rain did start we got some cool candid shots we wouldn’t have gotten otherwise. So, once again enjoy 100 more Behind the Scenes at the Winternationals shots, BangShift style. Check back for Sunday’s action coming tonight or tomorrow!<\/p>\n
