Everyone loves a good wheelie and there were not in short supply during our coverage of the 2012 March Meet. Out of the hundreds of photos we shot and posted, we culled a quick 25 images of cars reaching for the sky. While the monster wheelstand is certainly a crowd pleaser (and a parts killer) we also enjoy the unlikely wheelstand from cars like the big Chevy sedan you’ll see or the late 1950’s Pontiac. Getting a car like that to hook hard enough and grunt itself off the ground is no small feat.<\/p>\n
Hit the link below to see a quickie collection of fun wheelstand shots. There are some bumper scrapers in there which as show stoppers, but pay attention to some of the low flyers because even though they aren’t in the mile high club, we love ’em just the same. After looking through this gallery, we have a feeling more than one of you will be popping the clutch in low gear at traffic lights on the ride home tonight! Dangle those hoops!<\/p>\n
