(Photos by BS Member DragBike425) – Man, the hits just keep on coming with respect to killer shots of the 1980s Pro Street craze that completely enveloped the hot rodding hobby in the 1980s and early 1990s before the small tire revolution took root and the pendulum swung the other way. As we have been harping on for months, the awesome Car Craft Summer Nationals <\/em>are coming back this summer and with them, a new wave of nostalgia for those days of fat tired goodness has exploded.<\/p>\n These photos speak for themselves. The great thing about this Pro Street revival is that the technology exists to make these wild creations actually function as advertised. Famously, most of these pro street cars couldn’t get through a fairgrounds lap without barfing on themselves, let along perform on a drag strip.
