(Words and photos by Doug Gregory) –\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>Cynthiana is also home to another notable manufacturer.\u00a0 For you folks familiar with fighting fires you might know of a company called Bullard.\u00a0 Bullard is a world-leader in hard hats, respirators, and all kinds of personal protective wear.\u00a0 They also manufacture top-of-the-line thermal imaging equipment.\u00a0 As best we know none of that stuff was needed during the Rod Run this year, but some we close by during the burnout contest just in case. \u00a0 This is the last of the series from this year\u2019s event.\u00a0 We look forward to seeing you next August for this growing good-time show.<\/p>\n
