We’ve had a fun couple of days here in Florida. The PBIR facility is great, the weather has been fantastic since storms blew through during the middle of the week, and when you combine the smooth and grippy track surface with the massive horsepower of pro mods running with air that was sea level at worst, and mineshaft at best, magic happens. The big magic on Saturday was Jonathan Gray running 5.751 which is the quickest quarter mile elapsed time for a “legal” pro mod ever recorded in North America. It isn’t an official record or anything but it does show that these cars can really make some steam! We interviewed Gray after the run and you can see that video here:<\/p>\n
