(Words and photos by Doug Gregory) – Plenty of diversity in this collection. Though I am often called a ‘Chevy guy’ that is not really true. I like pretty much everything and am fascinated by stuff I haven’t messed with much. Most of my experience is with Chevy-based stuff, but I’ve wrenched on plenty of others. A few things to point out in this gallery of beauties from the 2016 Cynthia Rod Run:

Two Pontiac drop-tops that were stunning examples of wind-blown cruising greatness.

The cup car representing major local employer 3M (all your post-its come from here).

The crusty Chevy square-body with a front end treatment that would be helpful in clearing a protester-clogged highway or a trip through zombie-infested countryside.

The bright blue Dodge coupe was neat as a pin so we kept going back trying to get a photo when it wasn’t half-shaded.

Enjoy.
