Aaaanndd we’re back with more sweet photos from the 2017 AACA Fall Meet in Hershey, PA. As mentioned in the title, this is now a show about hot rods or about ISCA show cars. This is a show about the preservation of cars and trucks as they were when they rolled out of the factory. These are some of the finest restorations and preservations that exist in the automotive world. Our favorites are the cars that don’t necessarily make you think that someone would put in all the effort to keep them pristine. The Ford Maverick you’ll see in here is an example. It is a “wrong year” car for many people but this one is exemplary and perfect. Awesome, right?<\/p>\n

Some guys like to get up on the chip about people who do so-called “chalk mark” restorations but without those guys we’d be letting history slip away. We think it is cool that there are people out there who are dead set on keeping the integrity and history of their favorite cars preserved. This gallery and the ones coming for the next few days are a testament to their dedication and skill. You’ll dig it!<\/p>\n
