Optima’s Search for the Ultimate Street Car Series is a riot to watch and to participate in, but the Optima Ultimate Street Car Invitational is the original and the grand daddy of them all. We got to participate this year in Las Vegas, following the SEMA show, and had a lot of fun in the wagon. We weren’t alone, as there were tons of hot rods and sports cars and muscle cars racing, and luckily for you we have a bunch of photos from Cole Reynolds for you to enjoy and check out. The road course at Las Vegas is fun, even though it’s pretty flat, because there are a bunch of different types of corners and some pretty long straights. Top speed is WAY over 100 mph on the front and back stretch, and there is nothing cooler than seeing bitchin rides tearing it up on the twists and turns.<\/p>\n
