Just about every one of the galleries from the 2018 Holley LS Fest have a mention about the weather, and for good cause…days before the show started the weather reports basically said, “you’re hosed and you’re gonna be swimming” and for Friday and Saturday, the only sign that anything was coming were the overnight showers that were gone before the gates opened up. There might have been nervousness, but the crowd that showed up on Saturday didn’t lie…biggest event ever, period, for Beech Bend. That’s an awesome accomplishment for the show that started out as a minor get-together in the garden of racers, Bowling Green.<\/p>\n
All day long, spectators were treated to everything that LS Fest East has come to offer in both still and moving motorsports. Show cars, autocrossers, displays, all of it was on the table as Brian and Chad ran the microphones. Meanwhile, I was out roaming with the camera just trying to find more cool stuff to shoot for you to check out, so whether you love a bit of action or you dream of a V8-swapped Chevette, I had plenty to get! What would Sunday bring? Stay tuned!<\/p>\n
