(Photos by Mike Brooks) – As we promised, we’re back with more 2018 Syracuse Nationals coverage from the lens of Mike Brooks and the images are great. Recently we can across a story about a guy bagging on “everything wrong” with hot rod shows and it was so smarmy and lame it nearly gave us an aneurysm reading it.

The reality is that everyone at this show and every other one came because they love cars. Maybe you don’t like the way they display their cars, that’s fine. Maybe you think their car is lame, that’s fine. At least give people the basic respect to enjoy themselves in the way that they want to. You’ll see 60 photos below and some of the stuff you may love, some of it you may hate. Recognizing the fact that everyone being at the show makes it and this hobby a success is important.

Sorry for the rant but it drove me up a wall. Mike did a great job with these images and there are more coming. This was a monster show and we know that you’ll dig them.
