The rains are done, the strip has gone quiet in Nebraska and Chad and Cole are back in Colorado to wrap up the last bit of Rocky Mountain Race Week. They’ve been sending in photos when they get a breather and some good internet, which is honestly surprising since we would’ve expected the two to be fully focused on making Chad’s 1969 Camaro ragtop survive the event. After all, this Camaro has been quietly waiting in the corner to come back to life for…what, fifteen years, I think? So far though, “Maxine” has been performing well enough that we aren’t hearing anything about it, so we’re taking the “no news is good news” approach to the situation and are watching as these two have a ball on the road.<\/p>\n
Yesterday they wrapped up in Julesburg, Colorado and today they are finishing up in Pueblo, Colorado on the final day of the trip. But for now, we’ve got more photos from their Kearney, Nebraska stop plus some killer shots from the drive back west thanks to Cole. We need to go on next year’s trip. By “we”, I mean I need to go. This looks like a ball and a half.<\/p>\n
