Yeah, we were busy last weekend and the car scene in SoCal was hoppin’! We’ve been showing you photos from the Goodguys Del Mar show all weekend and today we have another fresh batch for you. This gallery has a bunch of cool trucks along with s high percentage of sweet fat fendered pre and post war cars that we really like. We remember the days (now decades ago) when Hot Rod would be emblazoned with the words FAT ATTACK! Across the cover and Baskerville’s stories on the cars inside would be fantastic. Incredibly, there was a time when no one was “doing” that era of car but those days at long gone and the bulbous early and late 1940s iron from all manufacturers are back in demand.

Chad was calling the autocross all weekend and he reported that the show was as busy or busier than he has ever seen it. The cool thing is that the same message has emanated from virtually every show in this early season. New cars, old cars coming back out, new owners, old owners finally ready to cruise again, whatever it is we support this movement 100%.
