Lakewood, for SBC, also Camaro Pedal Set

I need a Lakewood (is there anything else?) for a SBC. Fits my 250" six as well! Chevy was kind enough to make this stuff interchangeable. Must have the block plate and the whole deal. SFI flywheel, etc. would be a bonus.

Also need a manual trans pedal set for a second gen Camaro. Whatever goes from the clutch pedal to the clutch would be handy, too, but I may have to go hydraulic to clear the headers.

    Thanks
    Dan

dan you don't need a block plate, and you need a pedal assembly, z bar, pedal rod and adjustable clutch rod, plus a clutch ball for the block. You'll also need the zbar mount for the frame, which is a steel bar with a slot milled in it, you'll also want a v8 throw out bearing and clutch fork. I would just run an auto parts store special clutch 10.5" and a flywheel all for the v8 assuming the crank is the same. I made 300 hp on a stock clutch and it was stronger than the trans a split in half, literally ;D

Dan, I found my Lakewood scattershield with block plate at the swap meets for $150. That seems to be about average for a decent one. Funny, because my stock 11 clutch bell goes for more at the swaps.

You can buy everything you need for the stick swap through Year One, CARS Inc, Classic Industries and such. Although, I've seen them pop up on CL and Ebay used. They don't seem any cheaper that way, but at least it's all GM stuff.
