I'm switching the iron stuff to the PBR stuff, which in the rear is the same as the 1LE stuff. I'm going to put the LS1 brakes on the front-better setup and the 1LE stuff is expensive and impossible to find.

I have a 87 GTA....I have pbr stuff, mine is iron . Did they make them in both or am I mistaken in thinking my factory 4wdics are pbr ?

All PBR's are aluminum, and 89 was the first year for them. Sorry.

Looks like I'll have to investigate this a little better . I know the ones I have ,have the same pad for the front and the rear .

I did use the quarter wash once.
Believe it or not I think that the wash mitt and shamee at home are worse

Must have been built at the Van Nuys plant. I think they used water colores first!

Hey, look at it like this...easier, not to mention cheaper to fix your paint than mine(rust just SUCKS, no witty adjectives need apply).

I can see what you were saying, though.....y'know, I CAN see that Bird in the hue you were referring to(not copping to anything, he'll spill the beans when he's ready).

Hell, it'd be a 100% improvement over the factory job.

Update....the air raid siren is dead....new gears and bearings mean the exhaust is now the loudest thing you hear driving the car.
