fuel pumps, Filters and lines....

How many run a vent ,size and where to . Running 8 to the pump (mechanical) and 8 up to the carb . No return . Ran this on the last car with no problems . Have bigger plans for this one . Would still like to run mech pump if possible .

I am making a new charcoal filter for the vent line now(I get feed up with the gas smell in the
shop)... I'm using a 5/16 in line Summit filter that can be opened up to clean... I'll put another
screen on the exit side to hold the charcoal in.... I tend to make a loop in the vent line as a liquid
trap... I put a roll over valve right at the exit of the tank and then the looped line to the charcoal
filter... it will dump the vapors in the so called bed of my truck...

my magna fuel pump is on back order through summit....running a prostar 500 13202 aeromotive regulator and a -12 return back to the cell. hopefully it will hold up for the trip.
