you also want to be sure that you dont get injectors that have been on the shelf for a long period of time. the lubricants that are used can sometimes gum the injectors up and that my friend is a whole other issue.

I need to get you the number for a guy seth. What you need to feed that kinda power is an eliminator pump with a -10 pickup, -8 feed, to two -6 lines, to the rail, with a referenced regulator. Thats all the will keep up, even the 1000hp ecs kit won't go over 700rwhp (they claim its 1000to the crank) You also will prolly need a dual nozzle alky kit. Check out this setup, This guy (richard, and I) have gone over and over this stuff to figure out what would work. it has 95lbers and the impedence convertor.

I just about built this whole car and went through all the pains of trying to make 1000rwhp. It only made it to 916, at 20+lbs.

The pics show the upper setup, but not the new lower, it shows the original ecs setup. The top pretty much stayed the same. The bigger problem we ran into with the setup was crankcase pressure. if you see theres 2 -8s into the valve covers, and a -8 out of the inlet for the blower with a catch can in between. One other problem was it was lifting the heads at 20lbs. thats with 90lbft on the bolts. so O-ring it. It wouldn't blow the gaskets cause they were copper and with a stainless ring in em. but it would push a lot of water on the dyno.

Very Nice Dave....Kurt said all LSX motors push water at over 20lbs.....We expect that we will have a VERY full overflow tank at the end of the track. ;)

We are using 6062 mls gaskets....Kurt uses them on everything up to 1500+ HP....

We are planning on using a walbro pump as primary w/ a Bosch 044 that kicks on at 5 lbs.....both pump combined are rated at 1400 HP.

Now the most important question.....Is methanol injection legal at Maxton? I know that alcohol is not allowed in the SuperStreet Class.....But would methanol count?

Does Richard have fuel injectors? Flowmatched ones?

    yes 95lbers

Meth is legal in all fuel classes, but not as a primary fuel source, just as a secondary intercooler.
