Damn I thaught cars onlly talked to me. That's the same way it started with the yellow Torino I looked at it for a week and it just kept asking me to take it home and repair it and make it as new as I can. I sure hope I don't let it down.

I say the BS van is diesel powered for max efficiency - we have plenty of rides around here that can have gobs of power and plenty of impressive drag strip and ECTA times, but what about a cross country parts hauler than won't break the fuel bank for power tour, anti tour, etc?? of course a van's aero isn't a great place to start. There's always something new to learn.Comment

How did I miss this, wow, you are a brave man!Originally posted by RAIV70Judge View PostI pulled this out of a swamp it the middle of a wooded area in my favorite picking yard. I had heard the owner of the yard tell me that there was a Camaro in there "somewhere", but it wasnt until the leaves had fell and I noticed something shiny under a huge growth of vines/tall weeds. When I was able to get closer, (lots of mud and standing water), I couldnt believe I had found the Camaro. It took several days, a big truck, 2 winches, and my trailer. We had to get he car up in the air and use cargo ratchet straps, 2x4s, long bolts and nuts, to make a makeshift frame to move the car so it didnt split in half. The only thing holding the front to the rear of the car was the roof, and the fact that the doors wouldnt open. Now lets see if i can get a picture up. What do you guys think??
Does it have a known race history??
Good Luck.Comment

Ran into a dead end on the race history, but it is indeed from the Baltimore maryland area, and I have found the original dealer origin records on the car.HRPT LH- 09,10,11,12
