I got 2 beer can chickensin the oven, 1 with mango/Habanero rub 1 with BBQ spice rub...mac and cheese w/ bacon. Velveeta and Rotel dip and some misc grilled veggies...and a few beer brats and some bacon wrapped jalepenos for good measure.
We had wings battered and fried by Mrs Schtauffer, pork BBQ sandwiches, cheezy hamburger salsa dip, another kind of Mexican-ish dip, fruit pizza, these little cup things with bacon tomato onion basil and swiss cheese... lots of left overs...

The crawfish pie and Cajun shrimp sounds goo though. Washed down with a few cold beers ;D

We had a 7 layer dip with corn chips, boneless chicken marinated in some home brewed hot sauce fried and baked, stuffed potatoe skins, shrimp , sloppyjoe sliders, and for desert key-lime cheesecake, lotsa beer.
