  • Recipies from the pits?

So this racing season has wound down to a close. It's gonna be a long winter break before we get out to the track again. We have plenty of time to try out new meals before we head back to the track. What are some of your favorite recipes to take to the racetrack? Many of us take grills to the track and appreciate a quick easy meal that incorporates charcoal briquettes.

    What's your favorite?

It's really no different than trying to glue them back on after she has her way.

Chorizo Breakfast Burritos.....fresh pork chorizo....diced potatoes...bell pepper...3 cheese blend......and of course....the chorizo and potatoes are cooked in Captain Morgans Spiced Rum. ;D

For desert after the races on late cool nights....we fire up the washing machine tub ...and roast marshmellows....of course they are dipped in rum then toasted....99% of the time the burst into flames....but if you blow them out at the right time they are golden brown and taste like nectar of the GODS!
The Beatings will continue until MORALE IMPROVES !!!!
