as a child in the 70s my parents had 4 of 5 vehicles that were doodie brown and the house had burnt orange carpet, i hated that damn carpet, i would be playing with my trucks and cars and the carpet would get snagged in the axles and wheels , i think i spent more time pulling the carpet out so they could roll again than actually playing with them

Dad had a 71 Comet, 170 3spd column shift we called the vomit.

Triple dark green 70 Sedan Deville we called the green machine..

Screaming yellow 76 Civic hatch & screaming yellow 78 Civic wagon.
(Both cars were total pieces of shitt.)

I scanned an old Polaroid I found of my 1967 Dodge Coronet 500 two-door hardtop, after I painted it metallic Midnight Blue, with my German Shepherd "Gus" posing in front, with his trusty stick.

My '73 Torino was green on green when I first got it. Then I decided to paint it brown (Ooh, much better) and dye the interior black, HUGE mistake! I've never forgiven myself for ruining that car, maybe that's why I like green cars too.
Just groovin' to my own tune.
