GM Manual Shift Shaft Seal remover tool

Anyone have a GM Shift Shaft Seal removal tool I can borrow? Need to replace the seal on my SP400 and don't want to have to pull the shaft or spend the $80 they want for one on eBay for what is hopefully a 1 time job.
