Deaf Bob's sent me so many photos on email....it makes me want to do the demo thing myself. That has GOT to be fun. But not with Red.
EDIT: My only experience with the demolition derby was as a sort of spectator/pit crew member. Sort of. It was back in the '80's. I kinda held the flashlight as three of us got the car ready.
Bruce drove the car. He always wanted to hit something with a car, Back then, he'd say, "If you pull out in front of me I'll HIT YOU!"
And I always said, man have you ever been in a wreck?
He'd say, "No, but I ain't scared of one." Cocky? Yeah.
Because he'd never been in one.
So the demolition derby game started and Bruce's car got hit in the ass right away and the drive shaft fell out of it.
So he sat there in the middle of the mud track getting hit by whoever cared to hit him. Over and over until the game was over.
At the end I asked him, "So, whaddaya think?"
He said, "I don't want to do that again."
