  • Amazing finds, pics to follow. My trip to the Reservation.

    Have to do a little shrinking and such of pics to do, but found me a 1969 Grand Prix, virtually no rust. Owner claims new battery and fuel pump and I could drive it home. All original.

    Up next, 1960 Olds Dynamic 88 , all stock, one owner. Needs battery and fuel pump and could drive it home too. Interior in sad shape, exterior pretty damn good.

    Then what I think is a complete 1951 Willy's 4x4 Pickup. Looks like it would run if I could find a carb kit.

    RamblinAround Store: https://teespring.com/stores/ramblinaround-storeI've always been a fan of these Jeep Willys pick-ups and I hope you like checking it out...

    Lastly,;

    What I think is a 1951 Cushman Truckster. It was driven where it sits, then a former employee stole what I think was a magneto, further investigation is needed.

    All for sale,
    plus many others in pretty damn good condition.

      Just talked to wifey, its a J, but didn't get a chance to see if its the big block or not. Due to her brother making big bucks selling his cars, she may be all in to bring that bad boy home. He said he didn't remember if it was 400 or 428 "but it went like a bat out of hell".

                No big block or small block, all the same size externally with nearly all parts interchangeable. If its a 428 then its worth some coin over the 400, but finding gas for it would be a pain due to the compression they have. Either engine will impress people who arent as jaded about speed as most of us. I would love to have it, but my yard is full already.

                  I have decided I don't much care whats under the hood either. I have taken a shine to it. This guy is a hoot and is quite willing to give it to me in exchange for some consulting services. I am retired, but trying to decide if I can help him or not in what he needs done. He is bringing his engineer to town for coffee so I can get a better handle on his requirements.

                    I was exactly that way with my first Monte Carlo. I saw it on a lot in Hayward, California. Sold my 52 MGTD that afternoon and put 50% down to make sure tey held it til I could get some financing of some sort. Still in school, so didn't have a lick of credit but I had to have it.

                    1970 with 3 on the tree 2 barrel, anthrocyte grey with black vinyl top. Loved that car.
