I have two buddies that own old XJ6 Jags. One '68 Euro version that came with a sbc 400 now getting a turboed LS. The other is a '73 that came with a truck 454. With a Dana 44 center section rear diff and double rear shocks, they handle great.

I think I would make it look more like the original cop car livery.

            • Just sold for 2.6 million so I can never have it. Doesn't mean I can't want it.

Please tell me it looks less dorky with some air in the bags....

I think it does. Don't know if I would do air and don't know that I like the hood. Just been looking at ideas for another car.

                      • that's close to the right hood for one of the models I think. I'm kinda over the Steve Strope style trend, but that's what I love about this hobby. You can like whatever you want and everyone else can KYA.. sure seems to take a thick skin to build something you like that everyone else doesn't though. haha.

I'd take one of these with a Kubota V2203 today:

and yeah, I have thick skin for the most part. lol. F* em if they can't take a joke.

You will need a thick skin if you ever get in an accident in that thing. Seeing how the skin on the recycled beer can won't do much to protect you.

                          • Despite the jumbo front bumpers I always thought the Pontiac Can Am's were really cool. This one is super nice.
