I just google searched "10149624 manifold", and it comes up as a RH manifold for 92-2000 6.5 diesel for pickups, Suburbans, and Tahoes.

It's for a Chevy with a 395ci (6.5L) diesel engine, found in 1992-2000 chevy trucks.
