Things I have learned this week....

Just a few nuggets of knowledge that I have come upon this week....

1. Carb Cleaner does not mix well with open wounds.... :o....Burns like hell and eats the skin.

2. Even as an Adult I can still barrel roll a Go-Cart....And land on the wheels 8)....My shoulder still hurts

3. Some people can not differentiate a Pontiac 400 from a Small Block Chevy >

4. John McCain's wife is HOT....Really I mean it....Very Nice. ;)

5. IKEA furniture is made of solidified Gasoline....It burns like napalm....Sweet. ;D

6. Allen Wrenches can cut you....Bad....Just when you don't expect it....Several Times.

and lastly and most important....

7. My wife thinks I look sexy when I am driving my Hot Rod....I love that woman.

Very good stuff, 1 and 6 are so very very true

I learned that you cannot expect anyone to do their job, if you want something done you MUST do it yourself or stand on someones neck while they do it...

Don't stand near an idiot using one hammer as a punch and hiting on it with another. It took me 10 minutes to dig the steel chunk out of my hand. :o No, I wasn't the idiot, just the victim. Should have had it sewed up, but couldn't find the wifes needles. ;D Oh well, butterfly bandaids to the rescue.

I've learned that the only place in my shop I can be sure something won't rust is inside the blasting cabinet....

fun stuff eh....

I'm a big fan of "Second Skin" or the like equivelent... it's that touch up brush in a bottle with skin in liquid form that Burns like two Sob's and 14 mo fo's... but junk makes me feel like the cut is disinfected and sealed from the next coating of grease I slather on it...

In my Navy Days.....We used Turmalene (Sp?) which is Sea Water Grease to close up cuts and stop bleeding...worked like a champ.
