I plan on spending 9k on forged internals, 88mm turbo setup, built tranny. Does this sound about right? What else would I need in consideration of 20-25 lbs of boost? I know fuel, tunning, ignition, ported heads, etc.

If you figure about 9k, then it'll probably cost around 15 by the time you're done. Not that I've ever had that problem....

I wandered through that stuff making my own plan, and iron and aluminum blocks is a difference of cooling.
