got a 3.5 baja motorsports pep boys mini bike today real good condition engine junk wont run long enough to blow it up going to harbour freight for a re power i think 6.5 what do you think

not trying to race it it is going to be a pit bike

pics to follow by morning to busy working on DD junk

o yea only paid 75$ for it it is 2 years old

$75 is a good score! A 6.5 will be lots of fun, and all of the hardware (throttle linkage, etc) is already there.

I'd measure the frame and make sure the 6.5 will fit. They're kinda long.. the mount should be the same, but I ran into length and height issues.

Oh hell, just bring it home and use the "tool"

I believe the 6.5 is too tall for a standard frame....However.....I can tell you that 6.5 is going to be.....interesting.

I have a tweaked B&S in mine and it is WAY too fast....

Mini bikes are pretty fun. Just got one a couple weeks ago. Now my son wants to race me with the project bike. It's an electric Razor Chopper. He burned up the motor so I cut and stretched the frame in order to fit a 5hp B&S. Should be fun and haul ass to.

off to harbour freight /tractor supply for parts what the hell motor is on asle atHF and i have a 20 %off cupon motor is mine for less than 100.$$$ and new clutch from TS 28.00 . pics later i promise before and after hell if goes right i will have right at 200 in this swweettt!!

ok got it to run sorta choke half on governer un hooked let it run for 15 minitues cant even get the muffler to glow im going to drain the oil and try again this ill running rod knocking 3.5 engine is going to come off this thing broken/locked up one way or other
