I'd redo them in cast gray. Too much black.

Yeah, looks very nice! Dark gray would be good too.

            • Definitely got the street fighter look going on. Looks mean. I think it needs more dish in the wheel, but those would sure do in a pinch.

              • I wasn't interested in the wheels, just trying out the tire size. They just happened to be mounted. The wheels looked better than expected.

Me too! Makes the car look more purposeful rather then a poser. I'm digging the the zero offset. Not only that but like I posted a while back, it's hard to beet the OEM build quality.

                    • I'd run a flap wheel or equivalent process to expose polish the front of he spokes and the outer rim, all black or even grey will just disappear and give the mad max look.

                          • Got behind from not doing anything to this car except driving it.

                            • And that's a problem how?

BTW, since we're here, some of your posts/pics have inspired me to change/modify a couple things on my toy, i.e. your p/s bracket, that is just slick...outside adjustment bracket. I copied that concept for my application.

I have CCs 3pc timing cover and there is some space constrictions getting the factory p/s braket to bolt up to the water pump. Took second bracket and welded them b2b & ground/trimmed as necessary to make it fit...point is it made the adjustment side look funny...until I saw your bracket and made one for myself.

The bracket bolted to the head I designed and made as a result that no one made one to replace the one that bolted to the exhaust manifold when you go to headers. I had a stack of washers and some spacer thingy. Totally tacky. The bracket there is way, way over kill. It could hold ten times the weight it does now.
