street race BB/NA in our 89 camaro. Last year he ran SB/NA lost second gear in his brand new tci tranny in paris texas he ran terrible all week but managed to make it. Which it seems to be the real victory just to make it.

Honestly i have never ran it at the strip and owned it 2 years. Its all stock i blew the cv joint with 1800 miles on it, blew the oil pump last summer and the clutch has had its problems. So im not sure if she would hold together at the strip. Our new 1/8 mile dragstrip is opening in a couple months so im sure ill run it there.

The new dragstrip is actually an old one brought back. Its the onondaga dragstrip, i believe it was shut down in the late 70s. Its in between jackson and lansing about 5 miles west of 127 in leslie. All the permits have been pulled the track has been resurfaced there putting up all the fencing and working on return lanes. Supposed to be opening in June, only 1/8 mile but works well for test and tune.

Working on my car every day. Waiting on some tubing for my parachute mount. Going to order some fuel lines tomorrow and the fuel system will be done. The block is out getting its work. Cam is in the design stage. Converter is boxed ready to ship for the adjustment. Trans is out getting fluffed up. Going to get the rear end out for a gear change and new paint next weekend.
About the only part of the car not getting work is the doors and headliner.

Need to get the hood painted one of these weekends.

                            Getting ready

RMunch and I both drive Mopars, and we are busy getting ready for this years event, we are thinking about maybe changing our oil....and we are most certainly going to wax the cars.....That's about it.

And, Mr. P, I have been working on the engine I got from you, I believe it can be done in about a month, that will give me some time to get my new Dart sorted out, got the chassis cert last weekend at Milan...
