59 originally the bug had a 1280(?) now it has been built up to a 1950cc, so should run down the road pretty good. Yes it has dual carbs, but I’m not sure which type. Has no operational brakes. Rears are installed, have the parts for front drums. Supposedly the E brake works, but not very well. That’s as far as Bill got before the cancer got too bad for him to keep working on it.
