Is that stuff "Sno Coat" rubberish that you lay down a coat of black, then cloth, more black then white rubberish stuff?

Thanks. Put a ton of work into it, that aerial photo is 9 years old now, lots of changes for the better.
It used to take 4-5 hours to mow, my personal best is 1 hour 15 minutes now. Love zero turns!Of all the paths you take in life - make sure a few of them are dirt.Comment

All trimmed up.

Front is done. Just waiting for doors now, those are the old sliders just screwed to the inside to block the opening temporarily. I couldn't do much this weekend, as I was limited to the man-door. Trapped in my own shop, aagh!

Finished! (Is there ever really such a thing as finished?)

Dog approves. Boys spent the evening putting one door up, then down, then move to next door, repeat. I think oldest is more excited than myself?

Need to dig out and pour a threshhold here. I intentionally waited until the door was in (we crammed it UP as far as possible, let the bottom fall where it will as long as it is UP as close to the ceiling beams as it can go). Am planning on a 10' apron as well. Have to get creative where the outside elevations change from the big doors to the little one, no getting around that.

Now to attempt some semblence of order with my "stuff".......its been moved so many times to make room for the work, I might as well take the opportunity to organize.Of all the paths you take in life - make sure a few of them are dirt.Comment

One of those is next up.......do you have a request? Been kinda leaning towards the boat, just to get the associated parts all together. Or the Cadistang, cause I have a growing urge to actually drive it, not just make motor sounds while the boys push..Originally posted by SuperBuickGuy View PostHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

You and I are working on shops like Ying and Yang. I got concrete first, then siding...... you have the siding and are heading towards concrete? Fun ain't it?Originally posted by TheSilverBuick View Post

At the cost of concrete, it's a long ways off for me. I can do a lot of stuff in dirt for $20k.Escaped on a technicality.Comment

I guess. The concrete goes for ~$120 a yard, and there is only ONE vendor here. Its $9/sqft for a company to sub-out the dirt, lay down some gravel and pour concrete. Of that $9/sqft, $6/sqft is raw concrete cost. I need approximately 2,150sqft and that does not cover all the dirt.Last edited by TheSilverBuick; June 20, 2013, 10:31 AM.Escaped on a technicality.Comment

I would learn to pour concrete yourself for that price. Its not that hard.BS'er formally known as Rebeldryver
