X2. It was one of those movies I saw with little knowledge of it before going.

I saw that movie a couple years after its release and it became my instant favorite because: at the time I owned a 67 RS Camaro, had just returned from France where I had a french girlfriend, and skiing is my other sport I love...... oh yeah, and I worked fast food about as briefly has John Cusack did.

I love '67 Camaro's too, but that is an obsession bordering on fanaticism !!

For some reason, I can't get Alex Van Halen's drumming from "Everybody Wants Some" out of my head...

And I am hungry for a cheeseburger, too.

Movie cars seem to have their following. It's amazing how they are located and restored.
The Two Lane Blacktop/American Grafitti '55 is one. Check it out http://www.geocities.com/MotorCity/Garage/4602/.
The yellow 32 from Grafitti is another, and the elusive '68 Mustang from Bullit, that's been located, but the current
owner hasn't maintained it and won't sell. Legend has it even refusing an offer from Steve McQueen.

Yeah, I love that movie, and I love that car. I want to do a clone of that car some day, and I'm always keeping my eye out for a '67 RS Camaro. There's a few movie cars that really stuck with me, like this one, the Mustang and Charger from "Bullitt", the GTO in "My Science Project", the "Phantasm" Cuda's, Milner's dragster in "More American Grafitti." Those movies, and a lot of luck, have played a big part in me getting the cars I've got now.

I still LMAO @ the thought of the Japanese exchange students pulling the Howard Cossell bit....frickin' Wide World of Sports from the front seat of a 4-door Falcon.

Do a rematch, stuff a 2JZ in it.....*passes out from laughter*
