retired schoolbuses with the bodies hacked off in favor of an old warped-ass flatbed is NOT a truck...it's a violation that oughta spend some quality time at the scalehouse....
If it has leaf springs, it's a truck....just my to cents. I don't care if it is a $200,000 dollar superbird . A cool truck but.....well you get the idea. Most archaic an simple suspesion on earth.

Just as I thought, all the half ton 2x4 Chevy trucks from the 60's and 70's with coil springs aren't trucks. :P Trucker joke-- what do you call a guy that drives a Mack-- one asshole lookin' through the windshield at another asshole(the dogs that is). IMO- if your DMV makes you pay more because of GVWR, its a truck.
Meh. Jana's got a Ridgeline, ugliest thing I've seen (avalanche) but it's awesome for her. It's got storage everywhere.. the trunk kicks ass. Lame but functional AWD, 20mpg, comfy, and I ddn't have to pay for it. I hate to look at it, but it's not so bad. Well, okay, I didn't like it when she turned my seat heater on and I didn't understand why my balls were sweating... It's a great trucklet. For a girl.
I wouldn't pull a trailer with it, but they tell me not to pull trailers with my furds. Poop on 'them'
avalache and 500 pickups get 23 mpg - and have 335 hp
Any vehicle that looks like a truck but is never USED for ANYTHING that a truck might do... frickin' posers might as well be drivin' far-can exhaust ricer Nissan Sentras.
. Has anyone ever figured out if El Caminos & Rancheros are trucks or cars? I need to know.
You can license them as either one.In the old days they were given that option because the insurance was cheaper for a pickup

Unfortunately, in WI they will not allow car plates on the Camino or Ranchero under any conditions. That's ok by me tho as 4500 lb truck plates are $10 cheaper than car plates.
Hauling ass & sucking gas are the best uses for a truck.
