    Sigh........I must be getting old because nothing that this guy talks about is "weird" to me. I grew up with 265s & 283s.
    ...when you got a fast car, you think you've got everything.

        Looks normal to me. Though I'm used to straight up and down valve covers (nailhead - mine was a 264).

          my first drive was a whistling 283.
          very heavy tow truck.

          with that thick walled thick headed tiny drafted discipline, I still keep it as my foundation of learning.

          I still use a rochester monojet, on a boxer engine.
