    Thanks that was great, It is shame that a group would not buy the whole Museum and move it to another Museum. Thanks for posting the video,very interesting. Jerry

      Yeah, the Pate lives on at Texas motor speedway, I know..its not the same but, I DON'T miss the mud

          You LIE - you know you miss it. That was part of it - rain/cold on Friday, 95F on Saturday with a nice tornado maybe to stir up the hay. Dragging a 60 lb vice down the hill to the parking lot. Going to Pate since 1982. Can't stand to watch the vid. Dammit.

            Been to the PSM many times too... although it continues out at TMS, it just isn't the same.

            Used to stop and rest my weary feet sitting under the wing of the F4 Phantom after a long day of walking the rough and rocky paths that lead to many well hidden automotive treasures that PSM had to offer.

            I'm curious as to why the museum is closing, has the trust expired, perhaps the land is more valuable for new home development, nobody wants to take over the mgmt chores?...

            either way, I'm sad to see it close.
