Took a few weeks off to reset my compass-so to speak.
There was a week between Jacob's passing and his showing,..then we waited another week before having the Cerimony of Angels (we thought things were going too fast,my dad was not in town yet and the we had to wait for the funeral home-on the friday i wanted, a young local police officer passed of cancer-there were over 400 people at his wake..i wanted the same room they were using).three weeks of just crying,fatigue and repeating 'the story" to everyone who called, stopped by or texted...
Jacob is home now in his room..amongst his family and toys..
its now the beginning of a New Normal
